I very much enjoyed reading Dr Raj's book Gut Renovation; especially since I have horrible stomach issues. It's fun to read and educational at the same time. Dr. Raj strikes a good balance between presenting a lot of interesting information and facts about the importance of maintaining a healthy microbiome (without being overly scientific).
